3. Account Management
3.1 Password & Security
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Use a strong password and never share it with any third party. If your login details are stolen or lost, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
A bbk99 account is for personal use only. Selling, transferring, or renting an account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, both accounts will be closed immediately.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account may be considered inactive if there is no activity for an extended period. Users are advised to stay active, and the support team can be contacted regarding policies applicable to inactive accounts.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
bbk99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the wallet instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. It is recommended to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals may be partially or fully restricted if the wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met.

- An active payment method must be registered on the account.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be completed to receive the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in bets to be placed.
Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- A user may only receive the welcome bonus once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- bbk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if abuse is suspected.
5.4 VIP Program
bbk99 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, up to 1.1% for Gold, and up to 1.5% for Platinum. It is possible to move to a higher tier through regular activity.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on bbk99 are conducted fairly and transparently. The platform uses software from verified game providers. Results are determined by a random number generator (RNG), which is tested through third-party audits.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical fault or disconnection affects the outcome of a game, the server record will be considered final. If a dispute arises, please contact the support team.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Using bots or automated software for betting is prohibited.
- Operating multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages is prohibited.
- Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes is prohibited.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

11.2 User Rights
A user may request the closure of their own account at any time. Withdrawable funds in the wallet may be withdrawn under the applicable rules before the closure request is processed, however bonus funds may be forfeited.
